John Swales, he talked me through the procedure which made me feel at ease, he made sure I understood what I could expect with healing times and potential side effects and how these side effects could be delt with. During the procedure he talked to me and made sure I was comfortable, it was over very fast, I would highly recommend Dr. John Swales

I was made to feel very at ease and as comfortable as possible. Dr Swales and nurse Wendy were both very chatty throughout. The whole process was certainly not nearly as bad as I had expected. I even came away with a souvenir of the experience!

Dr Swales explained the procedure in detail and answered all questions I asked, with the nurse he carried out the operation in a highly professional manner while I chatted to both and once the operation was completed he went through the aftercare explaining each step carefully so I understood. in all very highly recommended

Highly professional, Dr Swale explained the procure in great detail and made sure that during the operation nothing was rushed and my comfort was his priority. After the procedure took the time to make sure the aftercare was explained in great detail and all questions were answered.
